A little extra push just for you guys before the summer gets here.
Daily points. Weekly winners. One month to lock in with Vital Friends.


Description:

We’re kicking off 4 week friendly competition just for you guys here at Vital Fitness!


Building momentum is easier when you have a scoreboard to chase and you're having fun with friends while doing it. Each day, you’ll earn points for fitness, nutrition, and habit tasks. Log your daily score, build consistency, and chase the weekly leaderboard.

Monday, April 27nd


Ends:

Monday, May 27rd

🏆 Winners and Prizes 🥇

  • Weekly prize winner = highest score that week

  • Overall grand prize winner = highest total score for the full challenge


🏃‍♀️ Scoring 🎯

Each day, you will track progress in 3 areas: fitness, nutrition, habits. You'll keep score using Wodify each day. Scoring is self reported and runs on the honor system.



Fitness Points

  • Attend 3 classes each week

    • First 3 classes each week count for points

  • Complete extra credit workout

    • New extra credit workout released weekly (it's not crazy)

Nutrition Points

  • Hit your daily protein target*

    • Maybe a calorie? I will help

  • Drink 50% body weight in oz of water

Habits Points

  • Completed Focus step

    • Daily-habit focus action (e.g. eat w/out distractions)

  • Changes weekly

Bonus Points

  • Tag VF on social media

  • Possible additional ones TBA



🚨 Before You Join 👀

This challenge is for members who will participate for all four weeks and want accountability, consistency, and a scoreboard to chase.


You should join if you want:

  • more consistency w/ training, food, and habits

  • a friendly competition

  • daily accountability outside the gym

  • a challenge to help you get out of a rut


You should sit this one out if you are not willing to:

  • enter a score each day (or most days)

  • stay engaged when the week gets busy

  • follow through for the full 4 weeks

Register and grab your Challenge Packet in the office. Challenge packets will be available starting this week (TBA)*



‼️ Before Kickoff ‼️

Challengers, the packet will ask you to complete these steps before the challenge kicks off:


  • Track at least 3 days of nutrition intake

  • Get an InBody scan if you want a starting baseline

  • Fill out a goal and habit maker sheet

  • Set up workout schedule (days + times)

  • Make a Plan B for busy days

  • Plan your grocery list


Simple tasks that won't take up a lot of you time, scout's honor.
