If you’d like to talk through options with a coach (whether that’s adjusting your plan, changing schedules, or finding a better fit) then we’d be more than happy to meet with you before you make a final decision.

If you’re certain you’d like to cancel, please take 2 minutes to complete the form below.

Please Note: Submitting this form will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as outlined in your membership agreement. Your membership will officially end 30 days from the submission date. If you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.


If you decide to return in the future (and we truly hope you do), your membership will be at the rates available at that time, as our pricing may change. Your feedback helps us make Vital Fitness better for everyone.
