My biggest challenge was not getting proper sleep and I thought I had to starve myself to lose weight.

I felt disappointed and, at my age, that I just have to accept that due to my hormones I'm not going to lose weight or get proper sleep.
​
What changed after working with Coach Josh is I now get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep and I eat without fearing that I will gain weight. And I just completed my first marathon!
