Within the first 6 months, my doctor gave me a clean bill of health.

 

My sugar levels dropped to normal levels, I didn't have to take any meds, and I had dropped 15 pounds.

 

I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 40 yrs old.

I started meds to help with the pain and inflammation. But I believe that if I had not been in such a good place both physically and mentally I would have been in more pain and unable to move from one position to the next.
